Wai Mana Yoga mat (3mm)

Finally, a mat that doesn't slide around during down dog – the rubberized backing really grips the floor. It's thin enough to toss in my bag for class but still feels stable and cushioned.

That microsuede top layer is such a nice upgrade from my old plastic mat—it actually gives me enough grip in downward dog without that sticky feeling. Fits easily in my travel bag too.

The microsuede top gives just enough cushion for my knees in tabletop pose, and the rubber backing stays put on hardwood floors with zero sliding. I love how thin and light it is—I can easily roll it up and toss it in my bag for the studio.
